Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club
A 1930 club by the sea
About Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club
North of Miami Beach in quiet Surfside, the Surf Club first opened its doors on New Year’s Eve 1930 as a private oceanfront club, in Mediterranean Revival buildings and cabanas designed by Russell T. Pancoast on nine acres by the sea. Today it is Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, with interiors by the architect Joseph Dirand, beach cabanas and a spa with a hammam. It suits travellers who want the beach without the bustle of South Beach, and Bal Harbour Shops is a short drive north.
