The back story

About Brickell and Downtown: towers, the bay and Museum Park

Brickell and downtown are Miami’s high-rise core, linked by the Metromover, with museums, arenas and the bayfront close together.

Brickell

Brickell is the financial district, a forest of towers with Brickell City Centre at its heart and rooftop bars such as Rosa Sky.

Downtown and Museum Park

North of the river, Museum Park holds PAMM and Frost Science on the bay, with the Arsht Center, Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace nearby.

Ride the Metromover once and Miami’s downtown suddenly makes sense.

Getting around

The Metromover links Brickell, downtown and the Omni area on three loops with no fare, and Brightline leaves from MiamiCentral for Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.

Our advice: combine PAMM in the morning with Skyviews at sunset and dinner on the Miami River.
