About Driving from Miami to Naples
Naples is on Florida’s Gulf coast, about 125 miles from Miami. The quickest way is to drive straight across the state on Interstate 75, Alligator Alley, a toll road through the Everglades: allow about 2½ hours without stops, depending on traffic. The Tamiami Trail (US 41) is the slower, scenic alternative, with Shark Valley, the Miccosukee Indian Village and Big Cypress National Preserve along the way; services are few, so fill up before you leave.
